Junior Regional Sales Manager (m/f)

As a Junior Regional Sales Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for the establishment and development of new customers within a defined area. Moreover, your task is to maintain and enhance existing customer relationships. In this position you are responsible to increase sales in the defined region.


Our client is one of the world’s largest distributor of precision connectors, cable assemblies and power supplies.


  • Establishing and developing of new customers in a defined region or industry
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships to increase the amount of business and the diversity of product
  • Generating new business by working together with different business unites with intersection to purchasing, manufacturing, and quality Identify key decision makers to include engineering, procurement and operations
  • Participating in annual budgeting process to develop territory budget for sales
  • Providing in a timely and continually updated manner, call reports, account profiles, itineraries and expense reports, demonstrating professional organization and planning skills by adoption of CRM tool
  • Reporting to responsibilities in the United Kingdom


  • University degree or equivalent education with broad technical understanding
  • (First) experiences in sales in the area of electromechanical components, connectors and cable assembly
  • Experiences in  developing “design-in” opportunities
  • Ability to identify costumer problems and opportunities
  • Ability and willingness to prospect for new customers and contact former customers
  • Excellent time and territory management skills for optimum customer coverage
  • A high degree of willingness to perform and to learn is essentialschu
  • Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal is mandatory
  • Work experience in a Home Office desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Excel and Word
  • Willingness to travel
