Aim

You are responsible for further revenue growth within the European Market. Your responsibilities include developing and executing the growth sales strategies, tactics and all required actions to reach the companies targets.

Company

Our client designs and manufactures semiconductors, integrated circuits and other electronic components.

Main Tasks

  • EMEA-wide responsibility of the sales department for Industrial & Consumer
  • Lead the sales team and building up relationship with new customers
  • Grow sales revenue and profits and further develop existing customer relationships
  • Approach defined customers and increase the opportunities and design-in pipeline
  • Define the sales strategy, tactics and the corresponding KPI

Requirements

  • Master degree in Electrical Engineering (or business discipline with adequate technical experience)
  • Several years of experience in the semiconductor market
  • Knowledge of the industrial market with managerial experience as a Sales Director is mandatory
  • Business sense with negotiation skill, goal oriented and very good communication at all levels
  • “Hands on” mentality
  • Willingness to adapt to an Asian company culture
  • Fluent in German and English is a must
