As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for developing the growth of our Fan and Thermal Management business in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for expanding and managing the business of the Fan Motor products through existing distribution channels & direct customers and for developing new channels and direct customers within the EMEA region.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Promote and sell Delta Fan & Thermal Products in the EMEA market
  • Research, identify & develop potential direct customers within specified markets or industries through direct sales and indirect sales
  • Create, maintain and develop a customer database
  • Visit customers, potential customers and fairs regularly and organise customer  trainings 
  • Develop customer relationships with key decision makers in target companies and industries
  • Work closely with customer Procurement and R&D of our customers for the definition of suitable products and conditions
  • Assist the Business Director to develop & nurture new market strategies and approaches
  • Represent Delta Group as a whole and enforce cross selling activities

Your Profile

  • Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the Fan, Heatsink in different markets, IT/ Telecom/ Industry/ Automotive. 
  • Good knowledge of the EC Fan or EMI or AirCon/ Heat Exchanger will be a plus. 
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and intercultural awareness
